Working Conditions of High Current Generator

Environmental conditions

Temperature: The typical working environment temperature is -10 ℃ to+40 ℃ to avoid extreme high or low temperatures affecting equipment stability.

Humidity: Relative humidity ≤ 85%, to prevent electrical components from getting damp or short circuiting.

Ventilation: Use in a well ventilated area to ensure proper heat dissipation of the equipment.

Pollution free: Keep away from corrosive gases, dust, or strong electromagnetic interference environments.

Power requirements

Input power supply: A stable AC power supply (such as 380V/220V ± 10%) is required, with a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz and a capacity that meets the maximum power requirements of the equipment.

Grounding protection: The equipment must be reliably grounded with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4 Ω to prevent the risk of leakage.

Load matching

Load type: It is necessary to match inductive or resistive loads (such as circuit breakers, busbars, transformer windings, etc.), and no-load or overload operation is prohibited.

Impedance range: The load impedance should be within the rated output range of the equipment to avoid current overload caused by low impedance.

Cooling conditions

Cooling method: Choose natural air cooling, forced air cooling, or water cooling according to the device type to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system.

Continuous working time: When outputting high current, it is necessary to control the single operation time (such as ≤ 10 minutes) to prevent overheating and damage.

Operating standards

Safety protection: Operators need to wear insulated equipment, set up safety fences, and avoid close contact with high-voltage areas.

Control method: Adjust the current through remote or local control, and prohibit live plugging and unplugging of connection wires.

Emergency stop: The equipment should be equipped with an emergency stop button to immediately cut off the power supply in case of abnormalities.

Maintenance and Calibration

Regular maintenance: Check the wiring terminals, cooling system, and insulation performance, and clean up dust accumulation.

Calibration requirement: Professional calibration should be conducted at least once a year to ensure the accuracy of the output current (within ± 1% error).
