1、 Core functions
High voltage electrical testing
Non contact electrical testing: When the bare wire voltage exceeds a specific threshold (such as 60kV or 110kV), there is no need to touch the line, and the instrument can determine the charged state through induced electric field. When approaching the wire, the stronger the electric field, the more rapid the buzzing sound, accompanied by an LED light alarm.
Contact type electrical testing: For bare wires below 60kV or 110kV, they can be directly hung on the line for contact testing, suitable for low or medium voltage scenarios.
Full voltage coverage: Supports wide range voltage testing from 100V to 550kV (covering common levels such as 400V, 10kV, 35kV, 220kV, etc.), without the need to configure multiple sets of equipment for different voltage levels.
Voltage and current measurement
Ground voltage test: It can accurately measure the line to ground voltage (range 100V~110kV) and automatically calculate the line voltage (multiplied by √ 3).
Current testing: Some models (such as HZSL-1200B) support high-voltage line current measurement, breaking through the limitations of traditional voltage testers that only test electricity.
Frequency monitoring: synchronously display the line frequency (45Hz~75Hz) with an accuracy of ± 2Hz.
Induced voltage recognition
When repairing and disconnecting lines, it is possible to detect dangerous induced voltages caused by capacitive effects (such as lightning strikes or adjacent line coupling) to avoid the risk of electric shock to operators.
2、 Safety protection features
Sound and light alarm system
When the voltage is detected to be ≥ 20V, the buzzer will automatically trigger and the red LED will flash for alarm, providing dual prompts to ensure that on-site personnel can avoid danger in a timely manner.
Insulation safety guarantee
The voltage withstand level of the telescopic insulation rod reaches AC 110kV~220kV (after stretching), effectively isolating high voltage.
Safety regulations must be followed during operation: wear insulated gloves and maintain a safe distance (such as ≥ 3m for 220kV lines).
Adaptive induction intensity
Automatically switch gears based on the strength of the electric field (such as 2kV/20kV/110kV) to avoid false alarms in dense line environments.
3、 Technical advantages
Wireless transmission and convenient operation
By transmitting data through 433MHz wireless signal, the receiving distance can reach 100-160 meters, and operators can stay away from high-voltage areas.
The receiver is equipped with a 3.5-inch true color screen, which dynamically displays parameters such as voltage and frequency, making it intuitive and easy to read.
Efficient data management
Supports storing 5000-9999 sets of historical data, which can be viewed, exported, or printed at any time.
Equipped with intelligent functions such as data retention (HOLD key) and automatic shutdown (15 minutes without operation).
Environmental adaptability
Working temperature: -10 ℃~40 ℃; Designed for moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, and impact resistance, suitable for scenarios such as substations and field operations.
Can mount wires with a diameter of up to 168mm or a busbar size of 168mm × 245mm, saving physical energy consumption.
